Terms of Use
Last updated 19 Oct 2026. The short version: prldash is free to download, takes no fee until 1 December 2026 and 0.5% after that, you use it at your own risk, and earnings are never guaranteed.
What prldash is
prldash is an independent project that helps you mine Pearl (PRL) on your own graphics card. It is not affiliated with Pearl Research Labs or with any mining pool or exchange.
Fees
Downloading and using prldash is free. Until 1 December 2026 prldash takes no fee. From 1 December 2026 the miner keeps 0.5% of what it mines as a prldash fee and the rest goes to your wallet. Mining pools charge their own fee separately. We'll announce any change to this fee on this page before it applies.
Your responsibility
- Use prldash only on computers you own or are allowed to use, and where crypto mining is legal.
- Mining uses electricity and keeps your graphics card working hard. You pay for the power and look after your hardware.
- Taxes and reporting on anything you earn are up to you.
- Keep your wallet and its recovery words safe. We never ask for them and can't recover them.
No guarantees
Earnings shown on this site are estimates based on today's price and network, which change all the time. They are not a promise and not financial advice. prldash, the website and the miner are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for lost earnings, hardware wear or other damage from using them.
Your account
An account is optional. Keep your passkeys and Google account secure. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Other services
Mining pools, exchanges, wallets and Google are run by other companies under their own terms. Links to them are for convenience; we don't control them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using prldash after a change means you accept it.
