Pools

Where the mining happens.

A pool combines the work of many miners and pays each one a share. You don't need to pick one: the prldash miner already mines on Luckypool. Pools marked work with the prldash miner too.

MoneroOcean and C3Pool sign you in with a Monero (XMR) address and pay in XMR, not PRL. F2Pool signs you in with your F2Pool account name; you set your PRL payout address inside that account.

Mining power and share of the network: miningpoolstats.stream, 20 Oct 2026. Together these pools hold about 92% of the network's mining power; pools that don't publish theirs aren't listed. Fees and payout methods come from each pool's own site where it shows them, otherwise from miningpoolstats.stream and hashrate.no. Pools change their terms; check the pool's own site before you switch.

Shared
You team up with everyone on the pool and get a slice of every block it finds. Small, regular payouts. This is what almost everyone uses.
Solo
You only get paid when your own card finds a whole block. With one graphics card that can take months, so skip it.
1% fee
The pool's cut of what you mine. A bigger pool doesn't pay more in total, but it pays out more regularly.
Nerd details: PPS, PPLNS, PROP
PPLNS
You are paid from blocks the pool finds, by your share of the recent work. Pays more when the pool is lucky, less when it isn't.
PROP
Each block found is split by how much work everyone did since the last one.
PPS / PPS+
A fixed amount for every bit of work, whether the pool finds blocks or not. Steadier, usually a higher fee.
SOLO
You keep a whole block, but only when your own machine finds one. With one graphics card that can take a very long time.
